全客室禁煙化のご案内

平素より、ホテルサンルート“ステラ”上野をご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。

この度、当ホテルでは禁煙ニーズの高まりを受け、 2024年1月21日(日)より全ての客室を禁煙化(加熱式たばこを含む)させていただくこととなりました。

尚、ホテル1階に喫煙ブースを設けております。 喫煙をされるお客さまにはご不便をおかけいたしますがご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。

工事期間：2024年1月7日(日)　～　1月27日(土)

1月7日～1月13日(喫煙24部屋)　1月14日～1月20日(喫煙12部屋)と喫煙ルームを徐々に減らしていき、

2024年1月21日（日）から全て禁煙ルームになる予定となります。

Important notice regarding non-smoking rooms

Starting on January 21,2024, all guest rooms in our hotel will be designated as non-smoking.

We have established a designated smoking area ubicated next to the front desk.

Remodeling works : from January 7 2024 to January 27 2024

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who had previously booked smoking rooms,

and we kindly request your understanding and cooperation as we transition to a completely non-smoking hotel.
