モバイルバッテリーのご利用に関するお願い

平素よりホテルサンルートステラ上野をご愛顧いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が、国内外で発生しています。
すべてのお客さまに安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用につきまして、以下の通りお願い申しあげます。

■外出などで客室を不在にされる際には、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。
■モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、窓際など直射日光が当たる場所あるいはベッドやシーツなど可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
■充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにもお客さまご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

連泊でご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合には、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Recently, there have been incidents of smoke emission and fire caused by mobile batteries both in Japan and overseas.
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

• Please refrain from charging mobile batteries in your room when you are away (e.g., when going out).
• When charging electronic devices from a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the room’s power outlet, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight (such as near windows) or on flammable materials (such as beds and sheets).
• While charging, we kindly request that you keep the device in a location where you can personally monitor it at all times, in order to prevent any unexpected accidents.

During room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights, if our staff finds any of the above-mentioned situations, we may move the mobile battery to a safer location to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

• 使用移动电源为电子设备充电，或使用客房电源为移动电源充电时，请避免将其放置在阳光直射处（如窗边）或可燃物上（如床铺、床单等）。
• 充电过程中，请务必将移动电源放置在您能够随时查看的地方，以防止意外发生。

对于连续住宿的宾客，如在客房清扫时发现上述情况，酒店工作人员可能会为确保安全而移动移动电源的位置，敬请谅解。
