【重要】ホテルから配信される不審なサイトに誘導するメッセージについてのお知らせ

この度、当ホテルでBooking.com経由から予約された一部のお客様に対して、不審なサイトへ誘導するメッセージが何者かによって配信されたことを2023年8月12日の夜に確認しました。

当ホテルが、不信なサイトに誘導するようなメッセージをお送りすることはありませんので、お客様におかれましては、そのようなメッセージを受け取った際には記載されたURLにアクセスしないようお願い申し上げます。

これを受けて、当社はBooking.comの管理システムへのログインパスワードの変更を行うとともに、Booking.com社経由の新規の予約の受付を一時的に停止する対応を行っております。

詳細につきましては判明しましたらあらためてご報告させていただきます。

We confirmed in the evening of August 12th, 2023 that an unidentified person sent messages that direct the recipient to a suspicious website to some of our guests who booked a room in our hotel through Booking.com.

We do not send messages that direct our guests to a suspicious website. If you receive such message, we ask that you do not access the website link provided in the message.

In response to this situation, we have changed our password for logging into the management system of Booking.com and we are temporarily refraining from accepting new reservations via Booking.com.
